The EOS Process®
The EOS Process® provides a proven way to put all the pieces together, incorporating each of the EOS Tools in the right order to best strengthen each key component of your business.
The EOS Implementer® will guide you through the proven process to ensure a successful implementation. A successful implementation will be an incredible experience that transforms your leadership team and company.
1. 90 MINUTE MEETING
This introduces the leadership team of your business to EOS, giving you everything you need to decide if it is right for you.
2. THE FOCUS DAY™
This day gives your leadership team tools to clarify who’s responsible for what, set priorities, improve communication, resolve issues, and track critical numbers. They will also learn how to implement a transformative Meeting Pulse™. The leadership team then uses the new tools in their business for the next 30 days to experience real improvement.
3. VISION BUILDING™ DAY 1
This day starts with the leadership team reviewing and sharpening the Focus Day™ tools. Then they begin to use the Vision / Traction Organizer™ tool to clarify their vision, starting with who they are, why they exist, what they do and where they are going. The team again uses their new tools in the business for the next 30 days to experience cumulative improvements.
4. VISION BUILDING™ DAY 2
After another refresher of Focus Day™ tools, the leadership team continue using the V/TO™ tool to complete their vision: clarifying their Marketing Strategy, their 3-Year Picture™, 1-Year Plan and priorities for the next 90 days. With the leaders now focused and all on the same page, they use the tools for the next 90 days to execute their plan.
5. QUARTERLY SESSIONS
Every 90 days the leadership team comes back together to evaluate their performance, refocus, set priorities for the next 90 days, and resolve any issues that might be impeding their progress.
6. ANNUAL SESSIONS
In this two-day session the leadership team works on team health, updates their vision and plans for the next year, and sets clear direction for next quarter.
The quarterly and annual sessions will continue as needed. The goal of an EOS Implementer® is to give the business everything they need to achieve sustained success. Graduating businesses will have a healthy, cohesive and focused leadership team that sets the pace for the rest of the organization and makes continual progress towards achieving everything in their vision.
